Thrifted Finds as of Late

Our apartment here in Denmark is still pretty bare, but coming along. Our larger furniture items and basics came from Ikea, and we are slowly filling in the space with vintage and other colorful thrifted finds. So far, we have found a lot of needlework pieces as you can see. Hopefully the next few months will yield a few more furniture pieces and perhaps a painting or two!

On Not Having Closets

Our new apartment is quite nice -- fully-equipped kitchen, huge windows with lots of light and well-maintained hardwood floors. Now that we are starting to acquire more furniture, it is definitely starting to feel homier. One downfall of it is that there aren't any closets! At first I was a little weary, but really, it isn't that bad and it will surely prevent us from accumulating needless clutter!
